Welcome to Portugal, my name is Joana and I’m natural from Setúbal.
I have a degree in Tourism Information – National Tour Guides, by Estoril Superior School of Hotel Studies.

After 11 years studing and working in Lisbon, I have decided to bring forward a very ambitious old project related to the true nature of my heart: apply my knowledge in the region of Arrábida Mountain Range and the Peninsula of Setúbal.

After gathering a dynamic and diversified team of accredited and specialized professionals in different tourism branches, as well as bringing together several service providers eager to advance my side in this plan; I founded the brand Discover Arrábida with Joana Tours in 2015. The same year that the USA Today newspaper considered the Livramento market in Setúbal one of the best in the world.

With open arms to tourism and Portugal, our goal is to move forward through specific fronts that allow us to be pioneers in a new concept of centralization and streamlining of resources and services; filling the tourist demand that increases day by day in this region. We have come to stay and revolutionize the tourism panorama of the region of the Setúbal and Arrábida.
Our aim is to give the opportunity to a visitor of the Setúbal region to see fulfilled any touristic or cultural wish.

Our goal is to further develop this unique region in the world. We want to show more and more people how wonderful is this Pandora's box still to be discovered here in the Southwest. We offer unique experiences and provide logistic support to all who visit us and seek something different and genuine. Discover Arrábida was created exactly for this purpose. You imagine it, we create it for you.

Through partnerships, along with our experience, we also organize trips and tours thoughout all Portugal.

However, our focus is and always will be in Arrábida.
