O restaurante Origens tem como objectivo promover essencialmente os produtos da região Alentejo, numa apresentação cuidada e contemporânea.

Queremos levar os nossos clientes numa viagem ás Origens… Origens da terra onde nasceu, origens do sabor, origens da frescura, origens dos produtos.

No Origens procuramos trazer os produtos endógenos da região, as receitas clássicas ou as “esquecidas”, e o contemporâneo conjugado num Bistrô Alentejano.

Uma viagem gastronómica, marcada pela qualidade e o requinte que o Alentejo tem para oferecer.
